Streamlined Digital Training Organizer

In the Philippines, applying for a job, especially in public or private institutions, requires a personal data sheet. As fresh graduates, we often lack extensive work experience and certain eligibility qualifications, such as being a LET Passer or having Career Service eligibility. However, we can train and study to bridge this gap. One of the most important criteria, even if you lack experience or eligibility, is whether you have relevant training for the role.

As an applicant, organizing the trainings and webinars I’ve attended can be challenging, especially when the role requires a certain number of training hours. I want my document to be easily accessible and organized whenever I am applying. Job applications in the Philippines can be lengthy and demanding, so my innovation aims to ease this workload.

I am developing a table view content in Notion that will help job applicants in the Philippines compile and document their trainings. This tool will include fields for the training title, start date, end date, hours rendered, and the sponsoring institution. Designed for ease and convenience, this solution will help applicants systematically organize their training history, making the job application process smoother and more efficient.
